Lizzie & Darren’s Carriage Hall Wedding Adventure…
It all began on a ‘slightly damp’ Autumn morning back in 2014. As a Carriage Hall wedding photographer, I couldn’t wait to start shooting at their amazing venue, but the day started with their ceremony at the fantastic Saint Nicholas church in the middle of Nottingham city centre. The stunning colours of the buttonholes and of Lizzie’s beautiful bouquet were enough to allow everyone to forget about the weather and relish the day. The ceremony was truly unique especially as Lizzie’s Uncle lead the service.
They arrived at the Carriage Hall in Plumtree to rolling white clouds in their ultra-cool …………. Morris Minor Cabriolet! And the rest of the wedding was so much fun and went in a flash. Darren and Lizzie clearly enjoyed every minute and their killer sense humour meant we spent most of the day in stitches and allowed for some relaxed and candid shots.
The Personal Touch.
There were lots of lovely personal touches to the day that Lizzie and Darren had thought long and hard about, one being their love of music, highlighted by the table names – their favourite 90’s bands!
Lizzie’s Testimonial.
“Geoff you are an amazing wedding photographer!:) you are bonkers and you made us laugh from start to finish, choosing you was one of the best decisions we made thank you!!”
