Ellie & David's Norwood Park Wedding

As a Norwood Park wedding photographer, I’m always inspired by how beautifully this venue complements every couple’s story.

Ellie's Bridal Preparations

At Norwood Park, you have the choice of starting your bridal preparations in the Bridal Orangery, which has been styled as a private salon area with these mirrors and a dressing table, plus the light in there is amazing for make-up artists and Photographers.
So Ellie began her bridal preparations here with her bridesmaids and mums. I knew she was in good hands when I saw Freya and Haley-Marie, who were her hairdresser and makeup artist.

That Dress!

Everyone was full of smiles, and you could feel the excitement in the room. After saying hello and taking some initial shots, I photographed the dress in the stunning Duke Suit with Chris, the videographer, before Ellie and her girls came upstairs to finish off their preparations.
We then popped along to see David and to get some great shots of him and his Groomsmen getting ready before heading back to Ellie to photograph her putting on the dress and greeting her dad for the first look of her in the stunning dress designed by Justin Alexander.
The light from the tall windows in the Duke Suite always looks amazing, along with her stunning wedding bouquets from the fantastic The Flower Fairy.

The Stunning Outdoor Ceremony at Norwood Park.

Ellie and David celebrated their wedding outdoors, surrounded by the gardens and the house’s elegant architecture. Seeing all the guests and hearing the music as Ellie walked down the aisle with her dad was breathtaking. David couldn’t stop smiling when he saw her, emotions shining through — exactly the moments photographers love to capture. Dove Strings Music provided a beautiful soundtrack throughout, while soft natural light highlighted Ellie’s radiant smile and David’s joyful anticipation. The ceremony went perfectly, followed by confetti and group photos in the gardens of Norwood Park, with the Highland cows quietly looking on.

Portraits That Reflect You

One of the highlights from Ellie and David’s day was stepping away for a few intimate portraits around Norwood Park. The estate’s gardens, pathways, and architectural features offered varied, rich backdrops that showcase both the couple’s connection and the elegance of the venue. In every shot, the natural light and relaxed atmosphere allowed the realness of the moment to shine through — a perfect match for my photography style.
