Nottingham City Wedding Photographer.
Helen & Mark’s Nottingham City wedding was a fantastically fun day full of quirky personal touches celebrating the personalities of the couple.
Helen and Mark awesome Nottingham city wedding
Their gorgeous sunny day started with classic bridal prep, full of champagne, happy tears and hugs. Whilst the groomsmen started their day off a little unconventionally at The Dice Cup Cafe, a board game cafe, in the Centre of Nottingham.
All the fun of the Fair
The whole wedding party moved on to the iconic Nottingham Council House right in the middle of Market Square. As it was the middle of summer it was full of people enjoying the fair and beach. Of course, they had it jump on a ride to celebrate saying ‘I do’ in style! They’re a lot braver than me, but it made for some unforgettable photos – make sure you check them out below!
After their white-knuckle ride, they took a walk through Nottingham with all their fantastic friends and family this was great to get some natural photographs. When they reached their reception venue, The Nottingham Contemporary Art Gallery in the Lace Market.
The Artistic Reception
The gallery oozes cool, with its geometric concrete forms – it made the perfect backdrop for their reception. Helen’s beautiful bright flowers and bridesmaids dresses popped against the walls.
One of my all-time favourite photos is a small moment between Helen & Mark in front of two large colourful pieces of art in the gallery – whilst Mark looks down at his new wedding ring with Helen quietly smiling at him from across the room…
