When Charlotte and Daniel hired me to photograph their wedding on the outskirts of Derbyshire and Nottingham we had just got over the first wave covid-19. They were planning on a small wedding and intimate day but at this time they didn’t know how many guests they could invite due to the restrictions so they knew they had to be flexible and relaxed about the planning. Micro Wedding Restrictions
When the big day came in September 2020 they were allowed 40 guests which was perfect for the kind of wedding they were after and it felt like and another wedding with plenty of emotion and love.
Charlotte and Daniel hired me for the Full day which was fantastic as it allowed me to create a full story of their wedding day starting with the bridal prep until after the first day.
The Derbyshire Church wedding
After photographing the excitement and anticipation of the bridal preparation at their home we went over to the Church in the glorious sunshine.
The ceremony was just a joy to photograph and everyone was just so happy to be together and focus on their wedding day. After we took some shots on the country road next to the Church in Breaston we headed back to their home where the marque was in their back garden.

The Marque looked amazing inside and their wedding breakfast was cooked and dished out my family and friends which I thought was such a lovely relaxed idea.
After their meal, they had speeches and went on to have an awesome night.
